You will begin earning points as soon as your first online order is placed, with points automatically added to your account. Additionally, we receive monthly reports from all our distributors. Points earned from distributor purchases will be added to your account by the end of the following month. For example, points earned in March will be available by the end of April.

You must be a MW Salon Rewards member to access the MW Pro Shop. You will then be able to redeem points for merchandise, backbar, samples, & education.

Your points are determined based on the annual purchasing requirements of the different tiers, with the number of points earned per $/€ 1 spent increasing as you move up the tiers.

You can move up to a higher level by increasing your annual purchases to meet the spending requirements for each tier. The more you spend, the higher your tier, and the more points you earn per $1 spent.

Yes, when you log in to your dashboard you'll see your annual spending and a progress bar on the landing page, showing how much more you need to spend to reach the next tier.
